- RTO Procedures are documented and adhered to;
- Learning and assessment strategies are developed with industry consultation;
- trainers are enthusiastic and competent;
- the training environment is suitable for learning.
Safetywave understands that quality training is a shared responsibility between the RTO and it’s representatives and will continuously strive to improve systems ad processes to support quality outcomes.
