Safetywave has established documented quality objectives and targets to ensure we meet our commitment.

To implement this policy, Safetywave will ensure:

• RTO Procedures are documented and adhered to;
• Learning and assessment strategies are developed with industry consultation;
• trainers are enthusiastic and competent;
• the training environment is suitable for learning.

Safetywave understands that quality training is a shared responsibility between the RTO and it’s representatives and will continuously strive to improve systems ad processes to support quality outcomes.
